The breakfast was very good. Bread, fresh fruits, and the particularly the coffee was very good. With the tram line 3 which commutes frequently the city center can be reached within 10 minutes

the location offered was particularly good and perfect really close to the train station, trams, buses and the old city, the centre of the city, near the main train station, and very close to a tram stop that goes to train station. the staff were superbly friendly, ready to any request.

Good variety at breakfast. Fresh fruit at the front door to take when you came in or out. Bed was comfortable. Room was warm and clean.
Advertised as a business room but lacking in electrical sockets to plug in phone and other electronic equipment. Had to charge up tablet in the bathroom. Useless triangular shelving on the wall.

Comfortable stay with a lovely garden patio. The room felt cramped with oversized furniture.

Accommodation, kind, helpful and smiley staff
The price could be better in general, but very reasonable for swiss standards

It was a charming small and good standard hotel in a shopping area, next to the train station and 'old town', the Swiss capital and trams in zones 100/101: D

Comfortable stay with generous breakfast
I loved the spacious family accommodations and the good garden patio where we relaxed with coffee. The staff was helpful, and the complimentary public transport pass made exploring easy.
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit far from the old town, requiring a tram ride or a longer walk. The hallways felt a bit bland and could use more warmth and character.

great and helpful staff, you get public transport free, very nice breakfast
the rooms was too small regarding the money and the place itself reminds me a hospital a bit

Newly renovated, Breakfast spread is quite good.
Room is too cramped for four of us, there is a big pillar in the smaller room hence there is no room to put our luggage and things. Toilet has no lock and is not airtight, hence felt very cold when out of the shower.
