I loved the spacious family accommodations and the delightful garden patio where we relaxed with coffee. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the complimentary public transport pass made exploring easy.

Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit far from the old town, requiring a tram ride or a longer walk. The hallways felt a bit bland and could use more warmth and character.

Comfortable king-size bed provided great sleep quality. Effective metal blackout blinds block out light well.

The room lacked air conditioning, relying only on a fan, which might not be enough during hot summers. Facilities were quite basic with no kettle, fridge, or safe, and there was noticeable dust upon arrival. Sound isolation between rooms was lacking, which could be disruptive at times.

I truly enjoyed my stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and provided amazing outdoor blinds for a good night's sleep. The staff were exceedingly helpful, providing a free public transport pass that made exploring the area very easy. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch too.

The family room was super spacious and clean, perfect for us. The shower had awesome water pressure, which felt refreshing. I loved that the beds were really comfy, though I found the pillows a bit too soft for my taste. It was nice waking up to fresh towels every day. The little kitchen area with coffee and tea was a bonus too! Overall, a chilled vibe, just wish it was closer to the old town.
